AdaptTable for MUI

Right-to-left MUI data table

An Arabic table mirrors the entire layout — search, sort arrows, pinned columns and the pager. Not just translated strings: a genuinely flipped axis.

The filters popover anchors and flips from the correct edge; that is the part only a real RTL page can show.

locale="ar" sets the strings and the direction. The table and the popover are MUI.

locale="ar" flips the MUI table; the filters card is the same Popper-over-Paper the English page uses, now opening from the inline-end edge.
