AdaptTable for Radix

A Radix Themes data table, accent token and all.

The engine is headless and shared — sorting, filtering, grouping, the pivot, URL state, saved views and export live in @adapttable/core. Every control you can see and click is Radix Themes' Table, Popover, Dialog, Card, Checkbox and Select.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Radix app rather than sitting inside one.
